The place could be better organized. If anyone intends to get anything done there, they would need to dedicate a lot of hours, as the queues are are usually very long. If you are a very busy person, I would advice. Sending someone ahead to queue up for you then you show up when its almost your turn, even then u may end up spending between 30mins to an hour. Its more advisable to call in than spend all that time at this center...
