They have one star because I have to give a star. Ordered a chocolate cake and they messed up the design and went ahead to deliver the cake despite clear instructions not to. When I rejected the delivery, a rather rude lady (freely addressed me by first name, last name or both but when I asked for her name, asked to be addressed as "Mrs") who claimed to be the operations manager called to resolve the issue but was more interested in saving the company money (the inconvenience and cost of having the delivery lady return to their factory & ensure the design I originally ordered was delivered) than in resolving the issue to satisfy a paying customer. Pleaded for me to accept the delivery with promises that the cake itself would be nice and they would get in touch with compensation, and never did (after almost a month, I received a feedback survey email, while I have heard nothing about the compensation, which by the way, would be dependent on me purchasing another cake from them). Cake was so horrible, we couldn’t put any cake pictures on social media for the birthday. The cherry on the icing was when the cake was cut and it was not nice. Most people ate it cos it was “chocolate cake” but they were not impressed.
