Unni KrishnanThe worst service I have ever got from anywhere. My iPhone X was fallen on the floor and the screen was cracked. I wanted to ensure that I get a good service and the screen to be replaced with original one, I asked my friends about a place that can give me the best service and most of them suggested Slot. I also checked in social media and other online portals about this place. After finding good the reviews, I was convinced to go there. I went there with my phone and explained them several times that I want the original one and was very particular about it. They promised me that they would do it right and with the original product. When I got the phone and checked, I was astonished!!!!!! The screen sensitivity, the colour, touch, display also I found no True Tone in setting anymore.....everything is different. I spent N140,000 hoping that they would service as expected but my expectation went in vain !! Ridiculous service! I even tipped couple of people N5,000 each for repairing the phone as they were seemed so sure that it was original. I trusted them. I’ve been using iPhone since 10yrs and I’ve serviced iPhones many times so I’m not at all new when it comes to differentiate between original product and copied product. Very disappointed and I was cheated!
