Terrible security!!! The security men do whatever they feel like, and the resident’s association doesn’t even bother doing anything about complaints, all they do is collect Estate dues. The security men actually ignore the calls of residents and use the phone as their personal line, which is why it’s almost always busy. Obviously because they have no name tags they know that being reported will be difficult, and even when it happens the association will just brush it aside, despite paying the estate service charge months in advance. Asides from the terrible security and poor customer service it’s okay, but these are enough to put people off. Unfortunately I’m not the only resident that feels this way.

The estate is well managed with good waste system, tight security and good electricity supply. The only downside is the fact that it gets flooded but it is being worked on. Houses in the estate are mostly Semi detached Duplexes that can be converted to detached houses if fenced round. As a Property Manager, I recently let out a 5 bedroom Duplex with a BQ in the estate. It was quite affordable too!!

The estate is by the Lekki Epe Expressway, with good over view , so easy to visitors and prospective property owner to locate. The estate has two entrances from which people can access into it. I was there last week when I went to attend an event I was invited for as a guest speaker on parenting , youth , and family. There are trees , beautiful lawn, and well manicured garden in the area. This makes it a green environment. The low and might live in this estate . I can see hotels, hospitals, chemists shops, bakery, super markets, offices, and even open lands that are yet to develop I also noticed high rise building close to those we can see in Ikoyi

To be fair, location of this estate is very good: fronting the Lekki - Epe Road and bordered by Chevron Drive. You can even access a part of the estate through Chevron Drive. But like all Lekki estates, infrastructure is a major challenge. There is a few to no government intervention to address those challenges. The residence association again like most Lekki estates is doing a lot to improve road and drainage networks to manage flash flood in addition to coordinated efforts to manage grid power and water.

Lovely estate located on Chevron drive, off Lekki-Epe express road. It is a well secured gated estate. Most of the houses in this estate are lovely (mostly duplex and semi detached duplex). Though during raining season, the roads are usually flooded due to the water logged nature of the soil in this area. There are many schools, malls, filling station, small shops and eateries within the close proximity of Chevy View estate.

This is Chevy View estate, located along Chevron drive, off the Lekki – Epe expressway and directly opposite the head office of Chevron Nigeria Limited.The estate isn’t exclusively residential, as there are a number of businesses located within; ranging from schools, hotels and various offices. Because of good security in the estate, when non residents enter the estate, searches are carried out and also on cars entering and leaving the estate. The Estate has been known to experience flooding before; I believe their drainage system is being looked into. Most houses in this estate are duplexes (semi & fully detached; terraces) and most residents are upper class high income earning families.
