Great rooms but no good maintenance! And the prices are way too much compared to beach resorts outside the country. Chaka needs to up their maintenance! Great food though and atmosphere. The people are so kind!

The resort by itself is quant, but the rooms are unsatisfactory. The last time we visited, we were greeted with dirty sheets on the bed. Sand covered rooms and a non functional AC. Also all the plumbing in the rooms was leaky.

HORRIBLE!!!! HORRIBLE!!!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!! It is so pointless to go there that I it deserves no points whatsoever! Calling it a resort/hotel is the greatest deception since the serpent made Eve sink her teeth into an apple. To rub salt into the wound, the room rates are way too pricey. The place has potential and the beach front makes it have possibilities but until a new management takes over...it is worse than a hell hole. DO NOT BE DECEIVED BY THE GLOWING WEBSITE!!!! I grudgingly gave a point because I cannot post without doing so....
