Amazing Cinema with 2D, 3D and IMAX viewing halls. Seats are very comfy. They also have a private cinema for people who would love to have their own private time. Also have a viewing room for kids with home type of seats and toys for the children. Air conditioning system is also top notch. Could always grab extra clothing when visiting.

Great place for a good outing (movies, restaurant, lounge). Though there was space for good parking, I came out to see that someone had parked so close to me that I couldn’t get into my car. The parking officials aren’t enough to cover all areas of parking. Other than that, the experience was good.

So, we wanted to see a movie and we went to the closet place to us, it was a bad idea. We had to come here, the vibe was right, excellent customer service. I think because of the Holidays and it was a Friday night, we got our tickets at 3k per head, came with a drink too. Grad a sweater if you easily get cold.

Nice film house . Seats of some movies sell out fairly often , and leaves clients sometimes stranded. Or is that a gimmick ? Toilets are clean, the service staff are ok. The parking space is very poor though. The theatre itself is ok. But the air-conditioning sometimes is put off during the movie.

Imax cinemas Lekki is a place for total entertainment. Primarily, visitors can watch Hollywood or Nollywood movies. There are different theatres with different prize tags. There is the premium where you have comfortably reclining chairs, champagne, sharwarma and sometimes redwine; these get served depending on the price of the movie. The other theatre different from the premium is the regular one but with a larger screen. The chairs are also comfortable and the theatre room is not bad at all. Customer service at Imax generally is topnotch as their attendants are well trained and well behaved to be honest. There are days when a movie may premier. Such days affords visitors the opportunity to take pictures with other celebrities in a beautiful environment.

Has lounge area where you can sit while waiting for your movie time. There are also ample parking spaces. Side note: Their popcorn will take you hours to finish. Haha.

It’s a great cinema with a superb 3D wide screen. The movie collections are also great. It’s my favourite cinema in Lagos. They open till midnight here, so you can come watch the late night movies. There are lounges here too and they are really cozy. The environment is clean, the staff are courteous and professional.

However, I don’t like , that you are forced to watch some movies.I got to the imax cinema with my kids once, during what should be their busy time, and was told we could only see one movie and it had to be in the vip room of which, the vip room cost more. I couldn’t help but think what if a guy took a girl on a date and intended to stay on a budget.

It was a beautiful date, even though the weather was not so cool (it was raining terribly) but immediately we got there, the experience was nice, from having a variety of drinks ( going to post their pictures here) at the lounge upstairs to watching a very nice movie (The Joker) which we settled for because Malificient 2 has already started, the place was well lit, accommodating, good service staff, proper ventilation and very good convenience. The film house experience is one which I won’t forget in a hurry.

Nice cinema. They need to get Technology that allows customers to buy tickets online and get e-ticket. These e-tickets can be scanned and help with the long lines. Develop tech to enable people order concession food online and have a dedicated line for pick up. They can even charge a small convenience fee for this service. They also need to expand the foreign movie listing.

The film house signature screen and lounge is perfect for movie dates. I enjoyed watching a movie in the comfort of a reclining leather seat, got waiter service during the movie, along with unlimited popcorn and a complimentary glass of Martini. How cool is that? Filmhouse Lekki gives you an upgraded/bougiee cinematic experience which is a total yes for me. The environment and the premises itself is cool. The ticket prices for movies are slightly higher than your regular cinema but that’s fine. Their concession stand is ok but not great, a bit overpriced on some items but ridiculously so. The seats are lovely and comfy. Overall I would recommend it over and over.

The chairs are super comfortable, nothing like what I have been used to. The room was chilled. Though I was at Filmhouse to attend an event, I enjoyed the service. I had the opportunity to use the convenience, the porcelain was impressive, staff were on hand to readily clean up, no cubicle was without tissue. Soap was available to wash hands, even though they seem to be running out. The hand dryers were the fast blowing ones that dry wetness quickly. On the whole, my experience was awesome, definitely somewhere I will like to visit but doubt that I can visit as it is located very far from where I live and do most of my business. It comes highly highly recommended if convenient to you.

The security at the doors were very welcoming. The movie tickets sellers were high in courtesy. The 3D movie gadgets were superbly of high quality and sound was awesome. The pop corn was Delicious with free drinks. The private cinema room was very comfortable for me and my family. The food restaurant there had us eating breakfast, lunch and almost dinner too, as the food they made was super Delicious. My kids and wife loved it ambient and warm welcoming by the reception guys. I will recommend this place to anyone who wants to gives his family a treat like never before. A cool place to spend some quality time with your loved ones.

This is the only IMAX Cinema in Nigeria. There are both 2D & 3D IMAX screen rooms available. The building is very contemporary unlike the other cinemas in Lagos, also the area is also reserved and cosy. The staff are very helpful, large enough parking spaces, the have the largest pop corn in a cinema and it is very delicious. Beyond the movies, I love how they have packaged the movie watching experience. You can watch a movie dining in or you can have a luxury experience. Different packages come with different experiences and they are all splendid. The only downside is that the movies tickets are more expensive than other cinemas around, however the prices are worth it because of the experience. Also you can buy the 3D glasses for a token and you can keep it for subsequent times whenever you come back. They also have special discount day on Wednesdays when movies will be shown for only ₦1,000. I will be going here frequently with friends to have a nice getaway time.

The stack up on a good variety of cinema snacks/ food and drinks; clean restrooms; clean and spacious cinema. The screens are huge with great picture quality. They have curved screen for best viewing experience. The seats are extremely comfortable and clean. Extremely spacious screens too. However, as with most establishments in Nigeria, the staff can be rude and might just do better with a little bit of training.

Not much else I can add that hasn’t already been discussed. Best cinema I’ve been to in Lagos and will probably remain that way until someone else establishes an IMAX Cinema. The building is lovely as well in an easy to access location. The only downside, and this might be no fault of Filmhouse, is that some of the adverts shown are nowhere near ready for the big screen. Pixelation galore. Especially ugly on the IMAX screen. Like I said, not Filmhouse’s fault but perhaps Filmhouse can insist on minimum acceptable standards (resolution and the like) for their IMAX screen.

They are getting good ratings for the structure, ambience and movie experience that iMax offers worldwide. I’d suggest to watch your movies in iMax+3D. The experience is off the chains, trust me. Please seat at the top rows for the perfect experience. You get a feeling of enclosure, like you are in the action of the movie. It is phenomenal. The chairs are super comfortable and still looks and feels like it is brand new. The best cinema furniture in the country, in my opinion. There is the regular viewing that averages about N3,000 (N3,500, 3D and N500 for the 3D glasses which you own and can bring back; the glasses are more durable than others). There is also VIP viewing costing from N5,00 and then Private viewing that goes up to N120,000 per movie; don’t panic as this comes with food, drinks, champagne, fun for your crew. You’d love it too. Now, the customer experience here isn’t top notch as you would expect. That’s why they are getting a 3 from me, overall. First of all, you are met with a headache for parking. You have to figure your parking as the official parking space can only take cars not more than 30 (I’m convinced this is high) so you have to find a way to park on the road with some hustlers requesting payment for the parking. In my experience, I called to ask if there was private viewing for Black Panther on a particular day; the man on the other end displayed very poor communication and service skills, instant sour taste for me. But the iMax experience sorta gets you out of that poor human experience (it is that solid). I doubt if I can watch my favourite movies anywhere else. I know the same will be for anyone who tries it here.

I went to this place to see Avenger with my girlfriend on Imax and we couldnt get tickets. We were told the only slot available was for 1am or so. Who does that?. See movie at 1am Monday morning?. That approach is neither customer nor business friendly. Since when did businesses started being inconsiderate with customers time. Invest in expanding your facilities to accommodate appropriate timely for customers. We drove alway the way from mainland only to be told we can see the movie by 1am and theres no room to even book online. I wont ever come here again.

Watched a 2D movie on a 3D screen. The screen was concave and without a convex view (eg 3D glasses) the angles were put off. Unfortunately we only had a linear view, which created a non-convex optimization view, which in turn created a loss of central vision and blurred vision. More so, the screen was extremely large in proportion to the level of the seats (even at the top most level), which resulted to some distorted view, and a slight muscle cramp at the bank of my neck.
