In recent times I’ve been having the worse service from them! From sending a parcel going to abuja to ajah and not realizing for 4 days until I called to mixing up deliveries !!! I think the management needs to check with them as they are beginning to lose it ‼️‼️ my customers complain about the home delivery service which takes over 1 weeks now and no explaintion what so ever !! I have 3 depending mixed up deliveries ! Even as an E commerce customer . I’m already planning on moving to another logistics with better services

A well organised transport company with conducive air conditioning buses for traveling. There is a passenger lounge where one can seat comfortably while awaiting loading of the bus. It also has a clean restroom to answer call of nature. The drivers, ticketers and other ad-hoc staffs are matured in their approach of delivering their service with pronounced courtesy. The supervisors ensure that the drivers comply with their safety rules, traveling routes and designated bus stop for commuters to alight from the vehicle. Speed limits are also observed by the drivers.

Their Logistic Service is the worst I have ever seen. Their staff especially customer care agent makes things difficult for you, if you call customer care on their website, a human will pick the call, tell you to call their main customer care number and when you do it is machine that will be speaking with you, it happens to me and I have to end the call after 15minutes of waiting that no human picked the call still my airtime was deducted. When you shipped a package but not delivered, I dont think it is a crime to call logistic company to inquire but GIG logistics are not ready to listen to you. I sent mail giving every detailed information about my missing package, they didnt respond, I called their customer care line, the lady that picked it gave me another number to call but its a number operated by compute but not human. I will never use their service again because it is of no importance to pay money for shipment but my goods not delivered, I dont know the location of my goods and customer care agent is still putting up irritating habit

This is an incompetent and professional lot. I physically go to make enquiries about how long a delivery takes get the feedback 4-7days. Show up the next day to cargo my items and get told that it will take 14days because of the weight. Within an hour they got back to say it will now go in 7 days but with cost over 200k!! I’m like are you all just being funny or is this standard practice? This is possibly my first and last experience with these fraudulent people.

I have been a regular shipper with GIG. I ship books across the country at Akure branch and their delivery has been great. Most time that i have to self- fulfill my order i got on Konga , I use GIG.The courier guy in charge at Akure location is a great guy. His customer care is great. He picks phone promptly and he will give you a prompt feedback. I stayed with GIG because of his efficiency.The shipping price is high anyway. It is not very encouraging for E-commerce. I just hope the company will review the shipping fee in the near future

Checked on prices and timelines at the lekki office with my mum. Was told I could not get a per kg price as that’s not how they operate plus if I dropped off in lekki 1 office it would be dispatched to ajah afterwards and not leave for destination immediately! Anyway, my mum decided to go to ajah herself to drop off her 6 odd bags for dispatch to PHC! She dropped on Tuesday and was told it would not get to PHC till Saturday! shock! Considering abc does a 24/48hour service. I told her to go ahead, as she was travelling on Thursday! Anyway, she gets to gig in PHC and received only one case on Saturday and is told others still to come! How does this make sense? I am done! She is done! Lesson learnt! Never again! 4 days to PHC and still no satisfaction
