Easy to locate. Serene and seems safe. Security seems good or rather access to the estate is guarded. Clean and organized too. Tennis court, playground, swimming pool available too.

By far the best and most functional gated community in Lagos. Infrastructure is first class. The place is also very green with birds chirping in the mornings. Monkeys are occasionally sighted. (None threatening though). It is the best place to bring up a family with no concern for insecurity. Uninterrupted power supply is also guaranteed. It is a stone throw from a shopping mall for family entertainment. Descent schools are also around the area. I stayed there for 7 years. The only draw back is the distance.

The estate infrastructure include tarred roads, efficient drainage system, street lights, pedestrian walkways and a recreational area with swimming pool, tennis court, mini soccer field and basketball court, .
