I was told to pay 100,000(Naira) to see the estate. I was told that the money is refundable if I don’t like what I see and that if I chose to rent an apartment or purchase one, the money would be deducted from the cost of the duplex. I didn’t like most of the options and the ones I liked were too expensive. Now, they have refused to refund me.
