Outrageous prices. Also expect the actual price of items to be N200 or N300 greater than what’s written on the shelves. Still don’t know how I bought grapes here for N2000 when it’s sold in the market just outside trolleys for N1000. 1/10, won’t recommend

Nice arrangement of goods, despite it being my first time there, I could locate my items and they had a good variety of products. There were staff on every aisle to assist, I even got someone to help wrap a gift for me. Overall a great experience.

Rude staff From the security to the cashier to the supervisor I have experience this type service from them during this corona period -thrice now !! Even yesterday afternoon That’s not to say no nice staff but majority of them are rude Bad customer service I have given them even chance to change Not even the supervisor will apologize for any wrong service you receive I better stick to my spar at Tejuosho and Surulere

Good departmental store with a bakery. However, their bread is never ready in time for breakfast. Complained several times in store, still no changes. Went there on New Year’s Day for burger buns, was asked to come back in 2 hours.... 2.5 hours later, still not ready!
