Wow.. It is fine and it aint finished yet. (Oya gather here if you like soft life). Buildings on site makes less than 5% of the structures and its still beautiful. The seaside is refreshing too and cold. Tunnels and harbours still under construction. The high rise building makes for a beautiful view. Gonna have about 10 reviews as new buildings get completed. A beautiful site to host events and shows.

Eko Atlantic is rapidly taking shape as a potentially groundbreaking addition to the cityscape of Lagos. The development has much better roads than more than 90% of all places in the state and even features an internal waterway and several overpasses. It also features interesting architecture like Pearl Towers and Alpha One. My only complaint about Eko Atlantic is that it is still exclusionary and does not carry along the majority of Lagosians. It succeeds as an exclusive luxury development but it does not carry the spirit of Lagos along with it.

Eko Atlantic is a unique engineering project comprising of residential houses and infrastructure in Nigeria. It does share some likeness with similar projects around the world such as the Burj El Arab. The project comprises of 3-phases. A major connecting point for me is the projected electrical power generation of 750mW using thermal and hydro systems in collaboration with TCN. Clearly, Eko Atlantic is a destination, an investment haven and it provides economic support for the community.

Eko Atlantic is a new city being built along Ahmadu Bello way in Victoria Island, Lagos. The parcel of land was covered with water before it was recovered. It is supposed to be a new city where there will be orderliness and sanity as opposed to what is applicable in Lagos right now. The city is largely not habited yet as there are only 2 buildings that are ready and being put to use. The residential building is called Eko Pearl amd has a restaurant called Jitaku and the office building is called Alpha 1 where you have just about 2 companies using the building for now. It has a serene atmosphere as most of the roads are well paved and street lights working. It can be very difficult getting round the city as there are no shuttle inside for now.

It is also very close to important places like eko hotels,eko convention centre where artistes come to almost every week, also very nice places to get burger, protea hotels by Marriott, and also a number of zenith banks with pay points, oniru beach is close as well also we have four points by Sheraton close by .... And for shopping there is a shoprite very close to four points by Sheraton which consists of the palms a very good restaurant for good food and proper relaxation........

And the breeze, on my God, the breeze! Some of the freshest air you’ll ever experience in Lagos on account of it being right next to the ocean no doubt. It’s not exactly easy to get in however. One almost had to sweet talk the security guards to get in but I’ve always been upfront about wanting to look around the city and have yet to be turned away. It helps if you’re in a jeep though, we are in Nigeria after, inasmuch as you might forget that when you get into the city. As of the time of this review only one residential tower is occupied and only one commercial tower is active. The Azuri Peninsula is going up, bringing in more luxury residential developments. They have stiff competition from Ikoyi and Victoria Island within the commercial office space sector in particular. However, the one advantage that Eno Atlantic has over both those areas in the long run is that the roads were designed specifically for high density residential and commercial zones. The roads in Ikoyi and VI are already almost buckling under the force of traffic during rush hour. 10-15-20 years down the line Eno Atlantic is going to be the place to be.
