You can retrieve your sim cards and register your new sim here. Its a little difficult locating the entrance and i also had to ask a couple of questions to locate the floor of the office. Apapa roads are generally bad so youd have to consider taking a bike to get here. They also didnt have network the day i went and so i wasnt able to retrieve my sim.
