You will think Jumia is great until you have issue with your order. I am in a mess now because of a huge order I placed in Jumia and they did not fulfill. Till date I am waiting for my refund and still have not gotten it. I have contacted their customer care service to no avail.. THEY HAVE THE WORST CUSTIMER SERVICE EVER

Jumia is the largest e-commerce company in Nigeria with Hubs strategically located in all-state in the federation. Their services are great and the delivery policy is well structured. I have been to some of there hubs which is well structured and organized to handle customer products demand. There return policy is alright, though sometimes it takes longer time to a adequate response from the jumia customer care support team.
