I would start from the warm reception at the HMO office, your staff are great . My experience with the lab scientist who took my blood sample was cool too because It was the first time having a syringe that is less painful. Then on to the physical check up and finally, the SPA: that was an awesome treat. Thanks to MECURE for making me feel great without wasting my time.

Interesting for this part of the clime, generally services where as expressed at both the diagnostic and eye centres. However, notable observation include but not limited to the need for a consulting physician at patients request, restrooms are still not kept to standards, particular at the diagnostic centre, waiting time are not adhered to and receptionist attitude should be improved. Thumbs up to my guest assistant Bimbo and promise at the diagnostic centre, good job.

First of all, the environment is very neat and tidy. The convenience is also very neat and well cleaned. For the service in eye center, starting from the Front Desk and the optometrist to the Consultants, then to the nurses up to the pay point, they are very courteous and professional. I got tired of their smiles but they were never tired of my continuous questions. My only concern is the high cost of surgery. I find it quite expensive and I wish it could be looked into. Generally excellent equipment and relationship officers to guide through the process is a very good concept. However, they need more training and assignment to limited number of people at any one time to maximize their availability. Also, some facility improvements required e.g. the Doctor’s cabin for physical exam, the Dental clinic and especially the toilets and parking to justify the first class status conferred on the Clinic. Particularly impressed with the Optical exam services. Keep it up.

How ever we expect you to add surgery of different specialisation such gynecology, cardiology paediatric, bone settings etc. I realise that opthamology is in place . Some of the clinics may be shared in different locations instead of only oshodi that is always traffic jammed. Well done.
