This hotel has good facilities but the staff and management are really poor. They are money hungry and poorly trained. They don’t clean the the rooms until about 3pm. I had to call several times to get my room cleaned. The cleaner refused to change my pillowcase. She said since they were changed the day before, she insisted she will only change the sheets. They are penny pinchers. They breathe down your neck while you’re serving yourself breakfast from the buffet. They are petty about things like sachet coffee and milk. I really regret paying for a week. I will definitely not be returning there.

They can do a lot better with customer experience, starting from the reception to their ability to quickly get a manager to make a decisive call to salvage a situation.

Stayed here for 4 nights. one of the worst hotels in VI. It was a total ripoff. Latrine flies all around. sink drain was opened and had no cover. the bathroom sanitary was zero, the bed was uncomfortable response time to bring toilet paper was hours, the water heater wasnt working... we were charged N42,000 per night. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

Comfy beds, good location, friendly staff and nice pool bar. The bathroom was not great as the sink was too close to the toilet to use properly. The room was very small, 1 hanger no towels initially and we had issues with the tv and remote

Glee is an above average hotel with good staff. It has a small pool, a lounge and an outdoor bar. No elevator. Small restaurant only has 4 tables. Parking is also small. However, i complained about the aircondtioning in my room and they quickly moved me to another room.
