The compound is well-delineated with ample parking space for visitors and staff alike. The location is strategic with easy access routes including entrance and exit. Exterior -wise, the aesthetics are surprisingly appealing especially for a government parastatal. However, condition of facilities inside the main building are sub-par! The elevators are not working, visitors have walk up the stairs up to fifth floor, power and lighting fittings are not adequate with dark shades in some sections of the building. There is always room for improvement

The traffic to get there though is crazy whenever the tanker drivers decide to park on the road but its free when the trucks are not causing a nuisance.
