Talk about a great hotel experience! Their staff are so well trained I was impressed. Everyone was willing and ready to help. I had the breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet for two days. It’s a spread of intercontinental dishes so there’s something for everyone. I settled for fried rice, diced goat meat and plantain throughout my stay because I’m boring when it comes to food. The lunch buffet is N10,000 per person and breakfast is complimentary if you’re lodged at the hotel, otherwise N8,500 per person.

Nice hotel, customer experience is top notch. The rooms are quite nice but the space is a bit small though. No eating table, have to eat right in front of the TV which also doubles as the work table. There was just so much happening on the same table. The bathroom also, so it stays misty all day like there is no vent to get the steam out. This made the used towel stay wet. That’s why I didn’t give a 5star But that aside, I think it’s a nice hotel. The food is nice, and they always had everything on the menu, they never tell you “sorry that’s not available”. I liked that about them. Then, they have a treat for you everyday, chocolate and biscuits, I think that’s very thoughtful. Staying the weekend they give a plate of extra treats and a bottle of wine. That practically shot up the customer experience for me...and this was then. I‘m editing my review of this hotel because I only had this one good experience, subsequent stay was not as good. In fact it got worse and worse. Now, I’m not sure I would stay there any more. It’s now a run down hotel.

Very nice hotel! I’ve stayed in this hotel a few times, the rooms are small but very comfortable and I love how the carpet feels so I don’t have to use room sandals. Although, the buffet is my major reason for coming back and I do not eat breakfasts but I can’t resist it here. I’ve stayed in bigger hotels and I’m impressed with the meal choices because other hotels try to have the perfect buffet instead of having the perfect combination and options for people or foreigners with different taste, so it’s easy for any race to relate with the meal. I removed a star because there isn’t much choices for vegetarians/Vegans.

The hotel is alright. Customer service definitely has room for improvement. My room had an issue with the bathroom and I notified them prior to leaving in the morning. When I returned in the evening, I found out that no work had been done and that the evening staff had not even been notified of my complaint. I would proceed to spend a good chunk of my evening supervising maintenance work in my bathroom. Definitely not how I planned to unwind after a long day. The bar makes good margaritas if you can get hold of a waiter or bar tender. The hotel has a small gym and sauna and a small pool.

Average luxury hotel in Lagos. The croissants I had for breakfast were an insult to my taste buds. There are half a dozen people in Lagos making amazing croissants. Why not support them instead of buying frozen microwave keiser rolls shaped like croissants. Maison Keyser, La Brioche, etc. would be happy to supply you.

This is an upscale hotel in the upper class neighbourhood of Lagos, Ikoyi. Restaurant is well decorated, near a little more space to be perfect. Food is fantastic and expectedly pricey. Cosy rooms as well. The only problem is space. A hotel of that size needs a lot more land space.

The staff right from the concierge, to the check-in experience are warm, professional and friendly. The experience is seamless at the restaurant which, by the way, stands out due to the wide range of local and international cuisine. However, the swimming pool is small, just enough for a dip but nothing more. Also, the air conditioning machines in the rooms are just too loud. Having said this, I would still recommend the hotel for a brief stay in Lagos.

You can locate wherever you are going with the help of front desk officers. And if you walk in once, next time you are there, you would not find it difficult. From the access control the ambiences you enter will blow your mind, the soft music inside will make you want more. It is a great place.

I have been here a number of times for their Sunday buffet and they do not dissapoint Though you often have to be on queue if you do not make it early enough as the rush hour is noticeable between 1-2pm. The rest rooms are clean and there is a resident bureau de change for those that need to change currency. Their is a swimming pool just facing the restaurant (I am not so sure that is the right view) but for those not in favour luckily the restaurant is moderately wide enough to accommodate other sitting positions. Service is/has been good and that alone is something I look out for on the many places I go to.

Worst experience in my life at hotels 1) Rooms are tiny and smelly. 2) Got stomach ache (and severe) at the buffet. 3) Shirt lost in the laundry, they just ignored the problem and were so unhelpful. 4) Very noisy as the windows are not tight and the boulevard is just besides. On top of that the aircon makes sleep in the night just impossible. Bottom line: this hotel was never worth $250 a night, rather in the 60-70$ range.Try to avoid unless you have no other choice in the whole Lagos area.

Although, the buffet is my major reason for coming back and I do not eat breakfasts but I can’t resist it here. I’ve stayed in bigger hotels and I’m impressed with the meal choices because other hotels try to have the perfect buffet instead of having the perfect combination and options for people or foreigners with different taste, so it’s easy for any race to relate with the meal. I removed a star because there isn’t much choices for vegetarians/Vegans.

The hotel is alright. Customer service definitely has room for improvement. My room had an issue with the bathroom and I notified them prior to leaving in the morning. When I returned in the evening, I found out that no work had been done and that the evening staff had not even been notified of my complaint. I would proceed to spend a good chunk of my evening supervising maintenance work in my bathroom. Definitely not how I planned to unwind after a long day. The bar makes good margaritas if you can get hold of a waiter or bar tender. The hotel has a small gym and sauna and a small pool.

The experience is seamless at the restaurant which, by the way, stands out due to the wide range of local and international cuisine. Having said this, I would still recommend the hotel for a brief stay in Lagos.

The rooms were clean, fresh-smelling, up to high quality standard. I have also organised with this hotel for conferences and attended formal conferences here and the food was so good, especially the buffer spread - highly recommended; the halls were well air-conditioned and they provided basic writing material to attendees and organise the presentation stuff too. I have been here a number of times for their Sunday buffet and they do not dissapoint Though you often have to be on queue if you do not make it early enough as the rush hour is noticeable between 1-2pm. The rest rooms are clean and there is a resident bureau de change for those that need to change currency. Their is a swimming pool just facing the restaurant (I am not so sure that is the right view) but for those not in favour luckily the restaurant is moderately wide enough to accommodate other sitting positions. Service is/has been good and that alone is something I look out for on the many places I go to.

This is a very consumery report on their morning breakfast buffet. I had pulled up at the hotel very early expecting something wonderful instead I find a fly infested meat bar. The chicken was not nice. Pancakes absolute scalence. I give them one star only because of the service in which the big butler gave. That was the only thing nice about the whole place. Everything else absolute trash.I reaview buffets every Sunday in Lagos after being on master chef. This was absolute rubbish

I stayed at this hotel 2 times for 3 nights within a weeks time. Each time the AC in the room did not cool the room. You should not have to be moved and be inconvienced to move rooms because of an issue like that. The rooms should be ready for guests if they are going to put people in the room.The exchange rate here is absolutly terrible as well when it comes to exchanging money to nira. I also asked the consierage for some assistance and he was reluntant to assist me. The lack of attention to detail in this hotel is absolute trash. All in all i would love it if i never had to see this facitlty again. The only thing that will keep me coming back is the obligation of HAVING to stay here due to company policy for the company that i work for. These guys need to step their game up if they want to ask the price they are asking for their rooms. When paying 350 USD a night you should be expecting to be waited on very nice. Nobody should make you feel relunctant to do their job. Especially the consierage. His primary job function is costumer service.
