It was a business trip and I must say that I have some admiration for their level of cleanliness. The rooms were spacious enough. They gave some thoughtfulness to people living with disabilities by providing lifts and some ramps at the reception to entry the lift. A little annoying is that if you stay on the top floor ( 5th floor) you are likely to go to room through the restaurant, if you opt to go up via the lift. Also had some initial handling when we first arrived. The restaurant attendant would not post our first meal order to our rooms, even after several explanations that we were staying for the week - that eventually settled after a long range of explanation. They have a rich complimentary breakfast and their culinary service is good.

From the entrance met one unfriendly security guy while his second made every effort to attend to nicely, he was really nice. Great and friendly staff, had a nice time. Found the divide between the male and female toilet awkward though nice partition. A good parking behind when the front entrance is left wifh no space.

Stayed in a two bedroom apartment for one night! First Class accommodation everything you need in the flat. Slept well in a very comfortable bed. Apartments where well ventilated and all basic amenities are functioning with very cool AC units and the shower works very well. The staff were very friendly and professional in duty discharging. This hotel has a good history and has been around for a good while. The rooms are pretty big and modern with a positive ambience and very good colour play. The restaurant is very classic and well maintained and has a good view of the Eko Atlantic (what used to be the bar beach for years). The customer service is quite impressive with young waiters with good command of English and quite polite. The food at the restaurant is quite good and exceptions can be made for vegetarian. The location of the hotel allows for easy access to anywhere else on the island. There is adequate parking space and a large enough waiting lounge down stairs for visitors.

Best Western is a very beautiful place, although little rowdy because of the large number guests that were checking in that day. I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Best Western has a good ambience for lodging and holding corporate events. I attended a 4 day workshop held at the hotel and I really enjoyed the experience starting from the elevator view of Eko Atlantic City to the event hall and cafeteria on the topmost floor. The meal is good and moderately priced. There is free WiFi in the hotel but the network signal is not strong in the rooms.The hotel also have a decent size swimming pool for those who want to have a dip. I will recommend the hotel to anyone planning to hold a corporate event because they have a great customer service and very good discount package.
