Booked and boarded from Jibowu to Porthacourt for the first time on 11th December 2019 Chisco night bus. We were so jam-packed in the bus like sandine. Some passengers standing and luggages everywhere and when we complained, one of the staff was asking us if we knew the cost of a bus. Very arrogant and disorganized transport company

Chisco is the worst travelling company you can ever travel with. I was scheduled for an interview on the 16 of October 2019 and I went to Chisco Park at Jibowu to book a seat for Abuja on the 14 of October 2019. The next day was 15 of October 2019 and I arrived as early as 6:00am and we waited for our bus till about 10:00am, nobody attended to us, nobody told us what was going on until I and another passanger went in search of the operations head to ask what the problem was, eventually we boarded and left few minutes past ten in the morning, not knowing the bus was a faulty bus. it broke down first at Oshun State, there we spent over 2 hours to fix the fuel pump, it broke down again at Akure and we did not leave Akure till about 7:30pm. The Bus broke down again at Abaji, a spot where kidnappers operates with ease, this was about 2:00am, by a Bush path. The journey of at most 10 hours extended to 24 hours and I missed my interview. I will publish my receipt and the Plate number of the Bus... If nothing is done about this I will make sure I report company for damages...

The response from the cashier was prompt. She was kind and gentle in communicating the details of the journey. They have both small bus(Hummer bus) and luxurious buses.... And they travel both morning and night depending on your schedule and location. But the waiting room is not very conducive. Management should do something about this.
