zhang coolerIt was nightmares there, I was booking on the line, the manager there gave u wrong information, even the hotel phone line was fake, the manager there did not help customers solve the issues, he insulted customers, behaved arrogantly, roughly...... my God, words was not enough to express how uncivic of this hotel and their manager......., even their boss was coming, using my phone talk to someone more than 1 hour with saying thanks, but he did not do anything, it was worst hotel I even met in my whole life !!!!
