    If I could give ZERO(0) Star I would. Because twice this year they never delivered my order from ASOS. First case they refused to send my invoice three weeks after receiving my order, eventually after numerous complaints, ASOS asked me to request for a refund which ASOS refunded me. The second time Skynet claimed my parcel got lost in delivery and asked me to contact ASOS for a second refund, which I did. But guess what? Skynet refused to refund my handling fee of N5,200. During that period I got a third order from ASOS, which was unprocessed for a long time, eventually when I asked for a refund of the 3rd order, ASOS reached to skynet and one nice staff of skynet by name Rose, finally assisted me to receive my order. I was asked to pay the difference between the 3rd order handling fee and the 2nd order fee that skynet refused to refund. So that settled the 3rd order and I finally got that. This entire episode spanned a period of about 4 months. So imagine the frustration I got rolling-in from skynet.

    I am SHOCKED that a brand like ASOS will associate itself with a FRAUDULENT company like this. Why are you ripping off Nigerians?? You claim you are charging customs duty yet you cannot share the Customs duty assessment notice with the customer?? You guys better release my package because I will definitely pursue this matter to a logical conclusion.

I have to complain to ASOS before I got any call from them telling me he was going to send an email to me and 3 days later no email from them. I have to call that same number again before I could get an email and interestingly the guy hung up the call on me while requesting for when I was going to get my package They really care less about customer and delivery just money

    Skynet worldwide express in Ikeja is a courier services company with some kind of edge over their pears. They are located in Ikeja that makes access to the airport an advantage for them. They tried to deliver promptly despite the challenges of system decay in the environment where they operate. They can do better than what they are doing now.

    My item arrived Abuja on the 6th of December, today is 18th of December. I have called Skynet several times but they didn´t pick. When the lady finally picked, she told me I haven´t paid my customs charges, I asked her how am I supposed to know the amount to pay because, Skynet never contacted me and they don´t answer calls. On Monday, the 16th the lady said she will contact their Lagos office to send me an invoice which the haven´t. Since on Monday till today, she get telling me thesame. I even asked her to confirm the amount and tell me so I can just go to their office here in Abuja and paid, but nothing. I am going to send my complain directly to ASOS now. I am frustrated and tired of calling them. The worse part is that they don´t even pick calls. I tried calling their Lagos head office, nobody is responding. What kind of bad service is this?

    I had a positive service experience with Skynet for an ASOS order. I got the invoice for customs charge on 4th November, I paid on 5th November and the order was delivered to me on 7th November. However, they need to improve on resources available to contact them. I called their line several times but the call drops after the pre recorded message. Secondly, there is no transparency in terms of customs duty. They is no pricing template or guide anywhere to give customers an informed estimate of applicable duty on items ordered. It will be good to have this information prior to avoid any surprises.

    Honestly the worst service I’ve had with any courier service ever, I don’t think Asos is doing a good job associating themselves with this brand, it’s been almost three weeks and my package is stuck in Lagos for some reason, maybe it’s even been misplaced, the customer service is a total waste of time because they are not helpful at all, it’s too bad that even after collecting “custom” charges with no breakdown whatsoever they still act this way.

    Why am i charged N3,900 for goods from ASOS? I have bought similar and even larger sized goods from ASOS delivered through NIPOST in the past and the highest i was requested to pay was N1,000 so having to pay N3,900 is a shocker to me. Please what is the exact reason behind this?

    I was double charged for my customs payment, and ended up paying N4,500 twice instead of once. Update: I found the email address of the executive director and I contacted him directly and my query was dealt with immediately by his team and his executive assistant. Paystack was contacted and my refund was credited to my account this morning. I have edited my rating to 4 stars and erased my initial comment because of how my issue was dealt with immediately and effectively when I took my grievance to the ED.

    Rating is in the deep negatives. Nothing positive to write about. I left my workplace to go pick up the items myself and I was disgusted at how long I had to wait. This is after several calls and emails to get the item delivered to me. Like I told the person who attended to me, skynet will not survive for long if this is the kind of service it delivers. Totally "disorganized organization". The 1 star is only so that I can get to post a review.

    If I could rate this company on zero stars I will gladly use it. Disgusting company with no values and zero professionalism. My items have been with them since the 21st of February and I have still not received them. I have been billed twice for customs duties (which i paid because I JUST WANT MY STUFF) and have written emails which have not been replied too and made calls but I keep being told send my tracking number and call back. I hope ASOS realize this company will make people avoid buying from their site just to avoid getting stuck with this company and their shoddy service. Oh least i forget, the pathetic attempt by the owner or whoever it is that wrote the post saying people are just leaving negative reviews, put a sock in it! If you could channel the energy you used to attending to your customers that would be great.

    Kept my package for over two weeks. I called the first time and was told it would be delivered in a few days. Waited then called again and was told I was yet to pay. Surprised now because no one sent me an invoice. I was told it would be sent. In my opinion skynet should just be scrapped... I do not understand how you would receive a package and keep it over two weeks without any information.

    I wish I can review you negative. Worst customer experience ever. Paid my customs duesince 21st February and even got a receipt then they stopped picking my calls. I finally got to talk to someone after several attempts and after lodging my complain the person said I will get my package next week and dropped the phone. I can never recommend you. Worst company in the whole of Nigeria

    Have had a very horrible experience, i never had it this bad with postal service, not even Nipost. They sent an email for custom charges for my package from ASOS which i have paid long ago and yet have not received my package and it is still saying its on hold with custom when tracked with the tracking number. i have sent them mail severally, their numbers are always busy and when it goes through they will not pick, i have even sent a message on their website. I even had to call one of their dispatch riders. its so exhausting dealing with this company.

    Sincerely disappointed and disgusted at Skynet service at my first experience. My parcel has stayed in your custody since 28 Feb 2019 delivery date. No calls, lousy customer care attendants when one calls, inability to sort parcels or at least provide clear status of ones’ parcel, no delivery until date even after your undue customs duty charges are paid. Worst courier company I’ve ever had to deal with and I never wish to have my parcel sent through you.

    Very poor delivery and customer service experience. My package has been in the office since the 14th of February. I was contacted and I paid the requested amount for clearance. Since then I have been unable to get across. My package has not been delivered and there is no information from them. They keep lying they’ll deliver today, tomorrow, next day. You really need to fix up and ASOS can’t keep using you because you’re badly run. If I could rate in negative numbers I’ll give you a fat -5. Incompetence on a sky high. Would never ever recommend.

    Skynet has taken 4 days not to deliver a package to me after I paid for the delivery and my office is 15 mins away from their warehouse. I keep getting phone calls from riders saying they will deliver the item and they never show up. When I call the company to ask for my package the EXTREMELY RUDE phone operators tells me "I was not available for the delivery so the package keeps getting returned". This has never been the case and unfortunately I am too busy to pick this ASOS package up myself. Based on this experience I will never use ASOS again. Skynet is costing ASOS a lot of money here.

    People please gather here let me gist you. I ordered from ASOS on the 8th of April. On the 18th Skynet sent me a mail to pay my clearing charge due on 25th which I paid that same day. There was no confirmation email or an acknowledgment for my payment. I found it strange because my package was due 26th April. So I called on 21st, no answer. I sent email to them with the proof that I had paid and they answered that I should send my tracking number which I did. I never got any reply again. On the 26th I called and finally one lady picked up. First, she was very rude to me, and told me I had not paid my clearing charge. When I provided my name and insisted that I paid, guess what? She hung up on me and never picked up my calls again. All emails sent have been ignored. My fellow colleagues, please what do I do? How can such a company be working with ASOS? From reading all these comments here, I am afraid that I will not get my order?

Worse still, they neither responded to mails nor picked their customer service calls. I will desist from placing orders on ASOS until I am certain their modus operandi has changed.

After replying my review, the md and Infact the entire company sent me emails asking me to check an attachment for payment details. Now the next part - I don’t see this attachment in my mail so I asked please forward me the details. They are all asking me to check for an attachment I cannot find and almost ten hours later, all of them including the manager /owner of this company cannot simply send me a mail with their company details.just to show anyone who is thinking this company will improve that they are wishing on a star. The problem starts right at the top. Please skynet, I am begging now because the moment I paid the invoice after getting your attention on google maps of all places, nobody replied my emails anymore. Please I need my items in your possession. Please deliver my items I beg in the name of whatever you worship or revere.

    Hi, it is amazing that you choose to talk down on peoples experiences which are true, as I have had the worst experience ever dealing with skynet, the numbers you provided they either do not go through or when they do no one picks up. I have been shopping with Asos for about 5 years now and dealing with other courier services such as DPD, ARAMEX etc has been splendid. Your office staff are mostly rude, I have to pay exorbitant fees for clearing which I have never had to pay with other courier services who deliver faster and has an amazing support team. Why ASOS decided to use your services beats me because as slow as the local post office is, their service is way better than SKYNET. I suggest you look into rendering proper services to your customers and not discredit peoples experiences just to save face.

    This is so pathetic...SkyNet Express logistics give me high blood pressure My first experience was disheartening one...I sent a package to Calabar..for over seven working days they couldn’t deliver the package.. When I spoke with the person in charge in Calabar, she was so rude to me on phone even to my client Now I made a mistake of sending through them the Second time...this time around I can’t even sleep Since 3rd of September 2018...till this very moment my package has not been delivered...the customer is asking for a refund already....PLS I BEG YOU ALL SKYNET IS A BAD EXPERIENCE BE CAREFUL!!!!!
