Waiting for a refund of 430k for a ticket I cancelled 12 weeks ago!!!, I have sent many emails with no reponse! I have gone to their office so many times to complain but all they keep saying is that they have no authority! And it seem like their boss/manager is never around!!!

Rude staff. I was uasked why I was booking a one way ticket and I mentioned my visa category. Apparently the staff isn’t aware of the visa category. Quite shameful for a travel agency. To cover her ignorance, she claimed she was going to call me back. She never did and she blocked my call when I called back.
