Good location, especially for families visiting family. Good eats around the hotel, and good hours for the bar, pool, and fitness center. Breakfast is good and good value, not some cheap quick continental bad breakfast bar. Bed and pillows are excellent quality.

A very good hotel. From the gate you receive a warm welcome, to the front desk and any staff really, they are nice. The breakfast is good, and you have options in the small buffet. The rooms are clean and the lighting is bright, giving it that clean feel. My feedback though will be to work on the air conditioning so it can be cooler, as the room we stayed was warm and A.C. was warmer than a fan. The hotel needs to work on the seamless change over from generator to PHCN and vice versa. Hence the reason for the four stars. The food from the kitchen is great, that includes the pepper soup, calamari sauce, egusi and vegetable soups.

I booked my reservation online and received confirmation email that my reservation is valid and good to go. I arrived April 16 and drove straight to this hotel. The receptionist ( a girl ) on duty on April 16, told me that l did not have any online reservation with them. I brought my phone and showed her my email confirmation from their hotel, she insisted that their hotel do not have online hotel reservation booking. The girl was so rude and very unprofessional. The disturbing part is that, l have stayed in this very hotel many times during visit to Lagos and l always book my reservation online. There was an old hotel staff by name; Kenneth who recognized me and who try to talk sense into the girl, but she was so ignorant of fact that l am a loyal client of their hotel. The girl insisted that l will pay a different higher hotel room price different from the online confirmed rate. After l long argument with the receptionist, l had to take my luggage and leave the hotel. This is unacceptable for international travellers like me who relied on your website to book reservations. The Management should look into this.
