Satisfactory hotel at the heart of Ikeja. Good space utilisation. So many rooms in unbelievably small space. Underground parking available. Lobby could be improved regarding waiting area for guests.

Ibis hotel Ikeja is a nice secure place to stay. I have stayed there several times. The location, security arrangements and professionalism of their staff are very good. I must mention that their breakfasts are the best among the countless hotels I have stayed and it is packaged with the room rate.

Worst customer service ever. They employ these girls who offer foreigners better service just to get tips. They gave my friend the worst service even thought she paid cash for 6 nights. One day, her room had no water and she called reception to inform them - they gave a dumb response. She went across to buy a bag of pure water to bathe and no one even spoke to her when she walked in with the water. The rooms are smaller that my office space. Best western has large rooms with better help. Its 5 minutes away.

I stayed here overnight on a business trip December 2014. We arrived very late, apparently just after the kitchen closed, but they specially made a delicious meal for us in addition to the left over buffet food available and also including desert! The staff were friendly as well, the wifi adequate as expected, the rooms basic but neat and with air conditioning. I had a pleasant stay at the Ibis.

Ibis hotels have the same ambiance. Breakfast is excellent. Dinner is an array of international and local dishes. Located in the Ikeja part of Lagos, it is secured with good security. Front desk staff are courteous and their service is four star.

You need to find a very good reason to stay there... Mine was that my meetings were the other side of the road... But this is a delapidated, dirty and badly managed accomodation. Besides, food is bad, you pay for premium and they do not give you the associated perks... Stay away, unless you have any compelling reason to stay there. Same goes for Ibis airport, by the way
