This office should just be closed down. I was suppose to have travelled since 31st of December, but they claim not to have booklet to print passport until now. This country is always going backward while other countries are making progress.

Waiting area average but not good enough. Also process is unnecessarily too tedious but probably the most efficient pp office in Lagos. Go early and bring food or snacks.

Before you apply to get your passport here, you must know someone who is genuine. My passport was over 6 months before I finally got it. Very unpleasant experience.

This office is full of Stupid set of workers. They keep sneaking people in while others are in line waiting for capturing. Unfortunate people

Waiting areas are not properly planned. People are kept under canopies outside. Certainly not good enough if it rains. Location is central but for such a sensitive facility it is ill equipped.

This place is an Annex of the immigration service accessible to people living around lagos mainland. Their location is relatively easy to access, and although the process of enrollment for passport is digital and intended to be devoid of complexities through the "self processed" concept whereby, individuals start application from their homes and go on to make payment after which they are invited for data capturing for the passport. But majority of people who work in this location would prefer that applicants use agents within the premises. Hence, self processed applicants are somewhat made to go through unnecessary rigours that will make them feel the stress of obtaining a passport. If you pay attention to details, you will almost notice the priority given to applications generated by agents within the premises. Their passport application is the fastest, they are not asked to come back day after day and they are granted access to the enrollment process with some touch of better service. They get captured the same day of initial application or the next day and their passport ready on schedule. It would appear that most officers in this location office have vested interest in applications made through the agents who are located in small kiosks on the right corridor to the back of the building..

A bit hard to get around. Process not as straightforward as should be. Booklet issues. Almost impossible to follow the process without having to pay someone to help compile your file.
