The first time I placed a shipping order with them, the whole process was seamless and I was really impressed; until I placed my next order(a bigger order) . It’s 2 weeks past the day(2nd April 2019)my order was received in their China office and my parcel is still yet to be shipped. I paid for 4-7days shipping and by my calculations it should be ready for pickup now, but alas... I wouldn’t even be complaining yet if at least either office (China or Lagos) had a clue where my parcel is. The China office is yet to respond to my ticket asking for the status of my parcel and the Lagos office passed my call around three different people; and at the end told me to call back tomorrow for an update. I just hope my parcel isn’t lost, because I cant imagine going through production again because of their error. Update: They finally sent a notification that my item has been shipped today(17th April), after previously telling me that it had already shipped, that it’s probably stuck in a cargo that hasn’t cleared, and that due to a system glitch they couldn’t update my profile. Story for the Gods. I’m patiently waiting to see if they deliver within the 4-7 days I paid for, and that all my items are complete in my cargo. They called to say “sorry for the delay in shipping “ today and I asked if they would offer me a discount or voucher for my next order and their response was “ sorry we don’t do that”, 9ja companies do not know how to aim to please a customer #pity
