Value for money,the rooms are comfortable. The food is very good and surprisingly affordable. Just a short walk from ikeja city mall. On the other hand..Come with your shampoos and access to the hotel after 8pm is difficult.

This hotel is full of charm - both the building and the people alike. The rooms are cozy. The location is perfect; We loved the room and the bathroom. Very clean and the decor in keeping with the hotel. The breakfast was excellent. I am already planning our next stay. Love the hotel and love ikeja.

Nice compact , quiet and extremely clean hotel. The room I stayed (Lomé) was very spacious and comfortable. However, there should be a bucket in the bathroom just in case guests decided not to use the shower. Also the proximity to the mall was a big +.

Extremely bad and poor service. I had a booking and came in only to be told no booking could be found and I wouldnt be getting a room even though I brought email evidence. Blessing then told me she wanted to "help" me by upgrading me to a more expensive room and when I refused to provide her with my personal home address, she then said she would no longer give me her "help" and rudely asked me to leave so she could go back to sleep. I asked to speak to the manager severally and was refused. I had to get blessings name from Tunde the security guard at the parking lot. Completely unacceptable customer service and by far my worst hotel experience in lagos. Too too bad! Edited after reply from Swisscottage suites to respond to their response= 1. First of all, your response clearly shows an open bias. You have indirectly called my response incoherent and inaccurate. You are calling live customer feedback a lie? And please what do I stand to gain from lying about your establishment? Check my past review history on Google to get more perspective on my veracity and candor. 2. Your staff turned back a paying customer at past 12am in the middle of the night after the customer showed up with a reservation, and you are wondering why I gave a 1 star review and called it my "worst hotel experience in lagos"? If you are truly still wondering about that then clearly I see no reason to update my rating and posterity will clearly judge both sides of this discussion. 3. The registration form already had my personal details on it, so there was no way I was going to leave that behind with "blessing". I repeat again that I was clearly asked to write my personal address and I flatly refused which led to me being kicked out in the middle of the night. Its up to you= do something about your staff and their customer service or continue calling me a liar. 4. I presume I am discussing with the management right now? I asked severally to speak with you or with someone in charge and was flatly denied. If you truly wanted a proper discourse instead of this ugly public exchange, you would put an email address and ask me to get in touch directly so it can be properly discussed. 5. You have twice said your staff would NEVER do something I have clearly told you they have done. This is not objective and impartial. It betrays a clear bias. But that is your perogative to have. 6. It was my intention to do business with you. That is why I booked a stay and came over with my bags and baggages. I was turned back by poor service and a very sad and bitter experience. I trust you will take steps to correct what has taken away my patronage and sparked my umbrage and once you do so, I will have no problem editing my review and giving your establishment another chance again. Its in your hands. Good day

I stayed in this suit for about 4 weeks and the atmosphere was just fantastic, the services were generally acceptable and the few times I ate from the Resturant the food was soo good most especially on my last night were I had rice with efo. Above all the location is very central and i always felt extremely secured.
