Earlier this year, I went to the office to port my sim from Airtel to mtn. The customer care agent that attended to me was nice, informed and she knew what she was doing. I filled the forms, collected a new sim and before I knew it I was on the Mtn network without any hassle. Very reliable, quality service and the Air conditioner will keep you cool everytime you enter cause you know Nigerian sun.
