Donna MoseraI did not understand the trial offer since I paid two small amounts which I just assumed covered the package. The next thing I knew I was debited $99.95 from my checking account and I am not certain whether I will be billed monthly for a product I do not want. When I spoke with them they said they would not refund the charge and that it was for the two original products which I thought was just a trial. I offered to return them but they did not want them back. They said the offer clearly stated I had to notify them within 14 days or so that I did not want the product and return it. It was longer than 14 days. My bank said this happens a lot.
