So once i needed to get to ilorin quickly from kano, i was surprised to see that no airlines reboard here. I eventually called the airport line to confirm if the have a local airline that lands here from anywhere in Nigeria. I eventually came to the conclusion from the response i got that this airport is only international because it is used in transporting pilgrims during the pilgrimage season.

Une bonne expérience, le staff est disponible et nous a même aidé à arranger notre transit à Abuja. Sans l’aide du staff on aurais pu rater le vol d’Abuja. Les toilettes sont toujours propre. Certains pensent que ce n’est pas un aéroport international à cause de la taille. Mais vu que les passagers peuvent prendre un vol direct d’Ilorin pour aller au Hadj je crois qu’il mérite le statut d’aéroport international. Il y a d’ailleurs tout l’équipement qu’il faut. La tour est équipée pour de grand manœuvre et est relié au aéroport de la sous région.
