I really love this place simply because it is a residential area where people leaving in there enjoyed some of the necessary social infrastructure put in place by the state government! e.g Electricity, Water supply and good road network etc. Hence, the community efforts for more development in the nearest future!

First of all, this is one of the best estates in Ilorin metropolis; all the facilities, ranging from security, water and light performs at optimum capacity. The environment is highly hygenic as proper practices are enforced. This is a very nice estate to raise kids, wrote a book or develop a software as the ambiance is soothing to the soul. The rent rates are affordable and if you want to be a land owner in this estate, there is still space for you and your loved ones to build. Enough said.
