Hotel is nice, rooms spacious but bathroom too small. WiFi is available only working on one device unlike other hotels where multiple devices can work. Security arrangements considering the crowd specially on wkends is dismal. During my stay, fight broke out between some guests and my driver informed that 1 to 2 cars damage Apart from other things, the worst is waiter service. I came on Friday 6/3/2020 from Minna around 6pm and inspite of reminding for ordinary spoon to make coffee in the room, I went to restaurant to fetch tea spoon to stir. When I got to room, Aircon was not working and after calling reception 2 to 3 times nothing was done. Finally when I rushed to reception myself and shouted then my room changed. Even to serve ordinary food,they will take bare minimum an hour or so. Inshort, nothing much great experience. One can manage during emergency

Swimming pool is good and properly maintained. However, poolside music can be heard in adjacent rooms for a good part of the evening. Be mindful of this if you are sensitive to noise. Some rooms are well maintained, others not so much. Toilets were installed lower than normal and that makes taking a dump pretty weird. Bathroom fixtures are not well maintained especially for the luxury rooms. Breadfast was okay but it had few options and bread was weird. Hotel staff were friendly, respectful and responsive. Room service was fast and laundry was alright. Overall, it was a good experience at a reasonable discount.

Good hotel, v.good service, Pool area and bar well run 9/10. Food 7/10. Room 8/10. Cleanliness of room 5/10 (cleaners: do your job!). Staff - 10/10 excellent! As with many hotels, maintenance needs addressing....shower not fitted properly, blown light bulbs, wardrobe doors broken and so on. Overall would recommend - good value for money and would stay there again.

The pool area is the most attractive part of the hotel. Folks enjoy the music and varieties of drinks, Assun, Suya and so on. The rooms are neat and maintained.
