Hall is big, and so is the stage. The air conditioning was one of my attractions, very cold (at least, as at the time of this review). There is a large parking space and for the picture lovers you have green grasses to cheese on. I am not aware of the cost, but it is owned by the University of Ilorin, a federal university, so who knows, it could be quite affordable in comparison to others around town.
