Stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. It has a great location next to the palms. The reception staff were friendly and accommodating. However I had some issues. First the place is way too noisy. From 5 am all the staff and guest make all sorts of noise, gisting laughing and making no attempt to lower their voices or considering their sleeping guest. Some students would randomly knock the door. When I complained they blamed it on “students” who were also a problem but I went around and identified a number of their staff making lots of noise as though they enjoying themselves in a beer parlor. Second they gave us a small discount on the bill and stopped us from going to the pool without paying. That was tacky. Also the pool is overcrowded and not private. Third the sprayer in the shower didn’t work and despite my complaints no attempt to fix it. Also no toilet seat. That’s not acceptable for a “luxury” room.

Hotel is in a very good location. But the service is bad and the new extension elevators are not working for an hotel extension that is less than a year. The food service is over priced and not really so good. You can always go out and eat as there are differnt places to get food and drinks from nearby due to the kwara mall being less than 400 meters from the hotel.

Hotel is situated in a Good environment but its quiet sad when hotel staff try to take advantage of guests that comes in groups. We were in town for a long weekend and hotel rooms that were going for 8k plus was hiked to 15k this was a turn off for us and we all moved to E- Phoenix Hotel
