Its easily accessible location perhaps remains the only remaining strenght the hotel boasts. Most of the bathroom equipments are non-functional and the reception could use an urgent face lift. Like someone puts it, Hillmat is now like "a granmas house, only now the grandma is late with no one to tend the house"
