Avalon hotel is Located along osogbo-Ilorin expressway and is not far from The Federal Polytechnic Offa. The hotel has a wheel chair accessible parking and also a wheelchair entrance. The hotel is also a nice place to bring kids as there are swimming pools and other things which children can use to have fun. The Environment where the hotel is located is friendly and also conducive. Avalon hotel also has a car park and they serve local and foreign dishes.

Environment alright, Quiet but Customer Service is Terrible. They need to be trained. Running out of drinks or being overwhelmed in the kitchen or being understaffed is not a huge problem if Service staff know how to communicate and deal with service recovery. For such a good place, the service was crappy.
