The sluggish service at mariana outlet needs to be addressed. I do not know whether the challenge is with outlet or staff because the situation has been the same for years. Spent an hour to yesterday 21/07/19 to be served wild rice and quater chicken; it was such that my daughter slept while we were waiting for our. My husband had to ask the staff how many people that serve in a day. The staff see it as normal.
