The problem here is that there is no enough parking space. Shoppers find it difficult to find a parking space. In fact, this sometimes result to them parking outside the gate. But things sold here are affordable.

Just a bunch of shops and businesses here but the worst thing is the traffic that builds up in front of this building by badly behaved drivers in the area (I believe that the Gwarinpa area has some of the worst drivers in the city!). You can be stuck in the jams here for almost an hour especially when it rains. If you have other options, take them.
