It is located in a calm and serene part of Abuja. There are no parking spaces but the roadside is safe to park. Getting things done here depends on how many people need attending to. However, there is organization and it is easy to predict how long things will take. It may be safe to budget an average of 45 minutes to make any submissions or process other requests.

They conduct IELTS exams. Came to their office by 8.30am. I was the first person to be attended to. However, I had to spend 15 minutes watching the customer service lady type continuously on her desktop before being attended to. No explanations. No apologies! Finally got sorted out around 9:05am.
