They should announce each bus stop as they approach them, not everyone has been to a particular state before.. they should also be more courteous, some persons were very rude to me on my KANO to LAGOS trip, really sad... vehicles should be serviced at all times, we had gear box issue from KANO TO LAGOS, had to change vehicle which caused huge delay and inconvenience... KUMA DAN ALLAH STOP WRITING ON PEOPLE’S BOXES WHEN U KEEP THEM IN THE BOOTH, A STICKER IS FAR BETTER
