Poor service, arrogant front desk officer who told me to go another hotel for requesting he changed receipt status from "initial deposit" to "payment for accommodation" I made full payment not deposit, the manager later gave me a manual receipt though... Smoking is allowed so expect to be a passive smoker in your time there.

The hotel is neat and that is all there is to say. The customer service is almost non-existent. Food takes a long time to arrive. Receptionist is hadly around to pick up the phone when you call. The beds give you a back ache in the morning.

Hotel hood poor access roads are a mojor concern, also never accept executive room 0003 near the reception, horrible room, amenities deteriorated and in a bad condition

Very scruffy and poor receptionist who don’t have manner of approach my room was locked for about four hours claiming power failure to reprogram my keycard, house keeping kept disturbing and knocking on the door for something they could do over the phone. I complained about my keycard and one idiot was telling me nonsense that I can check another hotel. If you are meticulous and picky this place is not for you. They kept on forgetting that happy costumer will tell three but an angry customer will tell thirty.
