I was passing thru Kano from Yobe , going to Lagos . I had to go by road to Kano before taking a flight to Lagos because of the insecurity around Maiduguri road. We stayed in Grand Central Hotel. Despite been an old hotel, it is well managed and maintained. The hotel is neat and well structured. The positioning is also.goid because commuting from the hotel to the airport was very easy. We went to town easily by boarding keke directly infront of the hotel. It offers everything we needed and it was the best hotel place we lodged thru out the trip

I love this place, the restaurant is very cozy and the meals are okay. However the rooms needs regular servicing. The management should step up its managerial role especially towards regular maintenance of the property, rooms and outdoors infrastructure.
