I was pleasantly surprised by the facility in place at the Fabs hotel, Zaria. The hotel is well-maintained and the rooms are in decent condition. Though the standard room is a bit small, it was, nonetheless, functional. I enjoyed my 2-night stay in Zaria partly because of the relative comfort of the Fabs hotel. Also, the hotel is located in the GRA ,halfway between Kongo and Samaru. So if you have something doing in the Ahmadu Bello University (ABU), it may be a good idea to have a car available.

The FABS hotel located at no 1 Rock Road, GRA, Zaria, Kaduna State was opened to business about 2 years ago. It is located in a low crime area of the town. It is a choice hotel for locals and expats who are majorly on business. I stayed here foe 3 nights on a recent trip to Zaria. The room was okay but the turn around time for meals to be prepared was quite long. Meals are also not excellent and choices are few.

Great Place. The FABS Zaria Hotel. Probably one of the best Hotels in the whole of Kaduna State. Neat, decent and affordable. In the Rock Road GRA of Zaria, an enchanting retreat from all the stress of daily chores.

In the first place I find my room and 3 hotel staff are charging their phones and watching TV but the most concerning part is the highgene of the room that was very poor and the room is infested with small bugs.... will not be staying there anytime soon.

A new hotel in the quiet GRA in Zaria. Has fair good open parking lot. Beautiful well furnished rooms of various categories. Friendly reception. Fairly conscious security staff though many guests loiter at the lobby and security check facilities are not yet in place. Well patronized. Has conference hall of up 200 capacity. Room rates are above average for the town. Alcohol is not served and not available. No active bar. Restaurant is well set though the menu is short on continental options. No spar. Have luggage room and forgotten items are preserved for owners. Most of the staff are male in the hotel dress code uniforms. Electricity is assured. A good place to stay for work mainly.
