Viktor OsasA strategically located petrol station with a nice structure (and a ditch by it side) but they were notable for taking advantages during fuel scarcities and cheating helpless motorists (based on past experience). The dangerous U-turn that is adjacent to it has been closed due to several accidents at that spot and the big ditch so commuters heading towards Abuja junction would have to use the next u-turn which is about a kilometer away.
