Still a nice place, at least the facility are still there, but they are beginning to fall apart. The place needs a make over. Something as little as a door cannot be put in order, really disappointing. However, as I stated still a nice place, the location is great, the environment is still top class, and there is now an event centre directly opposite with ample parking space. Internet facilities, swimming pool, really nice outdoor activities. The place is very busy especially weekends, life EPL matches are on so people go there to have drinks while watching football. Still a place to reckon with in southern Kaduna at least but some improvements would be welcome especially in the area of renewing their facilities, doing some repair works, and improving on the services of their staff.

A very scary experience for someone who wanted to have a pleasant experience with her family. The room given had foul smell as if there was something rotten in the room. The bathroom had no hot water and gas to use a bucket with a bowl. To make it worse a wall gecko was crawling from top the top of the bed headboard. We had to vacate the room immediately. The receptionists gave poorly customer service. Anyone who want to book a room at this place please think twice. I never seen something like this in my whole experience of travelling. Please avoid this hotel at all costs.

Checked into a terrible room; Phone doesn’t work, strong smoking smell in the room, bed sheet isn’t clean, standard of cleaning of the room is poor and the worst part of the experience is the bathroom and toilet! The toilet seat is literally moving and unstable while the shower doesn’t work and the sliding doors broken. Can’t wait to check out!
