This is one of the most popular hotels in Kaduna, and for good reason. Reasonably priced rooms which are clean and spacious. Water pressure in the bathrooms may be an issue sometimes though. Complimentary breakfast is sure. Power interruptions are frequent but they often last less than a minute. Security is good.

Asaa Pyramid Hotel has very good facilities but very poor customer service. You could have a problem with television or internet and you will call customer care or reception for ever. Their reception deliberately puts off their intercom to stop guests from reaching out to them. Your could stay for a whole night without reaching out to them. If you are losing their, do not reply on their internet as it may never work. And when you have a problem with it, do not bother to call anyone. The distance from room to reception is much but they expect you to travel that distance each time you want to reach out to the reception. The facilities are good but customer services is completely zero.
