Jennifer EsanI ordered a ride from the app at about 11am in the morning and paid online. At 1 when I didn’t hear from them I called and they said they didn’t see the order cos their system was down. But I should reorder it and they will send it immediately, at 3 o’clock I waited and still didn’t get any call from them they said they were on it. The parcel was needed for 3:30 for an event as it was a cloth that was supposed to be picked up. 4 o’clock they didn’t call, send my item or refund my money back. It’s 4.15 as I am typing this, the event has started and I am still here waiting for my parcel to be pickup and brought to me by oya now. Worse of all no one has Called me or communicated with me anything that is going on and every time I call they keep telling me the parcel Is on its way. Something that could have delivered in about 1 and half hours has taken over 5 hours. I am beyond upset I am enranged at the unprofessionalism. Oya now is not the best to use when you need something delivered urgently or even delivered at all. And this is not the first time this is happening must be the 3rd. It’s foolish of me to have used them again. Please avoid using oya now to avoid feeling the way I feel right now. Still waiting for my parcel o be delivered after 5 or so hours of sending the request
