Nothing to complain about here, err maybe they could turn down the volume of the music at the bar. I liked everything about the hotel and the fact that they had cake, fruit juices and lemon infused water in the lobby that was free for anyone to take. Their general toilets have lotion for you to use when you wash your hands. I particularly like when hotels do this and it tells me they are holistic in their approach. The staff are generally nice too. Facilities are great as well. Ah, their basement garage is a little tight to get into so drive carefully

Very beautiful place. Had dinner buffet at the Larai Restaurant at a cost of N7,500 (inclusive of VAT & service charge). You have to buy drinks and water separately though. Overall the meal and dessert options were good and a pleasurable experience. Friendly and courteous staff as well.

Lovely lovely lovely hotel. I had googled the hotel before getting there and I was really impressed about the place. It is located close to the American embassy and very easy to access. I feel the parking might not be so adequate if hotel is fully booked and not sure there is underground parking. Security is very tight. I loved the decor in the reception and the ambience. Staff very friendly. I was seeing beautiful wood work everywhere. Elevator works very well. There are different rooms but obviously very pricey. If you want opulence, relaxation and quiet in one hotel, this is the place to go to in abuja. I loved the decor in the hallways and lounge. The room was well lit and beautifully decorated. The diplomatic room has a sitting area and also a terrace area outside for relaxation. Vibrant colours in the room as well and the bathroom had two separate showers. The wood work is so exquisite. I would say this is one of the best hotels in Abuja. It is so quiet and relaxing, but quite expensive, each room starts from N100,000 per night but I would say totally worth it if you can afford it.

The pillows are really soft. Very good for my neck. The sheets were super soft and clean. The location is very good, near the US and Canadian Embassy. Breakfast is delicious and has variety. The cleaning staff are efficient and more polite than some of the breakfast staff and some other staff. The room service meal staff are efficient and they serve delicious meals. I recommend their peppered, chicken wings, barbeque chicken wings, potato wedges, jollof rice and goat meat pepper soup. The food presentation is nice as well. Stayed in both the first floor and fifth floor. Realised the first floor has softer sheets, better and more reception seats and newer furniture. The rugs in the rooms on the 5th floor are a bit worn out. The poolside is nice and pool has more corners, not just ordinary rectangle. The water is kind of cold though. I also like the drinks & cookies at the main reception. The live band at weekends, though a good idea, is a bit loud. Would b nice if the volume of the microphones r turned down a bit.

The envoy staff is so wonderful. We lodged at Envoy a little over 2 weeks. Rooms are well maintained and they offer many services and amenities which was a plus. I am unable to give 5 stars because the food here is really hit or miss. It seems that they are still working on consistency with meal prep and building their menu. Overall the stay was pleasant, staff made us very welcomed and I will definitely visit again.

wow... i am still in awe. very beautiful hotel. the ambience is everything. the staff so polite. the management very understanding. i am yet to recover. the best christmas holiday ever. i will definitely refer as many people as possible. i will plan another get away. my daughter and i bonded. for the 1st time in a long time my mental health was stable. wonderful breakfast and yes the best chicken salad ever.

The ambience and décor of the Hotel coupled with the extra security makes it an excellent top choice in Abuja. Rooms are excellent and very spacious. The Staff and services were equally super. Providing free WiFi, an outdoor swimming pool, and offers a fitness centre. Breakfast is available each morning, and includes continental and buffet options. Guests can dine in the in-house restaurant, which specialises in African and International cuisine. The breakfast was rich, healthy and well prepared. The receptions give a very good welcome. In general, it is an excellent facility, great staff, good food and a great experience.

I had noticed the envoy had quite an interesting Instagram page. Upon arrival I was flustered with the parking experience but was later informed that there was valet parking. I wish I’d been informed earlier. The underground parking was daunting to navigate. You maybe requested to submit your bags for a search at the entrance. The envoy hotel is tucked right in the center of the business district in Abuja. The staff were super warm and polite. Unfortunately the WiFi didn’t work till I checked out. The buffet array is average and the dinner set up wasn’t exciting. My favorite thing about the envoy was the bed. The bed and pillow was super comfortable and there was a nice complimentary gift. They also have a bar, a poolside area, a gym, conference area and a restaurant. Great for business trips!
