The hotel is just there, honestly. I didn’t go in the rooms though. I was only there for a business session. The food was not great. The restroom too can be much better. Very much so. Not sure how much was paid to use the facilities for the business session I attended but I guess it was value for whatever amount was paid. The staff members were helpful though.

I was recently surprised though to see the glowing hotel review inside the Rwanda Air in-flight magazine. I scratched my head a bit..

Difficult review. Hotel staff (esp Maxwell) bend over backwards to help. So customer service is five star. However, the hotel is a shambles. It is literally falling apart. I went through four rooms to get one barely functional. It is seriously in need of a full renovation. It is listed as a four star property, but two stars would be fair.

From Nnamdi Azikiwe International its N3000 on charter cab to get here. The hotel has a good and friendly customer service. It has wifi which vary in strength from one location to another in the hotel premises. Room services are good, power is 24 hours. However, the A/C in the room I stayed needs to be more powerful to cool more during the hot days in Abuja.
