Royal Ryder Express transport company is a major transport company plying Ilorin - Abuja route. A renowned company with large fleet around Ilorin axis. Good courteous personnel and good service delivery at Conoil, Garki Area 10, Abuja, with excellent offsite booking arrangements. There is however a serious gap with the Ilorin office at Challenge area, Ilorin. Customer relations is at the lowest. Poor ticketing and crowd management, with very disrespectful ticket handlers. The Agbero tendency of the luggage handlers should also be discouraged. You get to be charged for almost every/any bag you are traveling with. Aside these misdemeanors, which the management should look into and act appropriately; you are sure to enjoy their services. I only had issue with one of their fleet sometimes in February 2017 enroute Abuja, when the Dodge Ram developed fault at outskirt of Idofian. We were trans-loaded eventually. Kudos for that.
